The short version: We collect what you type into our forms so we can send your results and help you. We never ask for bank statements, account numbers, passwords or logins. We do not sell your information. Email [email protected] any time to see, correct or delete it.

This website is run by EMBREEO Global Solutions LLC, 2756 Broward Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32218 ("EMBREEO," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you take the Readiness Snapshot or contact us, we collect:

Your first and last name, email address and, if you choose to share it, your phone number.
Your organization's name, type, how long it has been operating, and how you heard about us.
Your answers to the Snapshot questions. Every figure is self-reported. We use these answers to calculate your Readiness Level.
Anything you write to us by email.

What we never ask for. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, bank statements, bank or card account numbers, passwords, or logins to any system.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and email tools record basic technical data: your browser and device type, pages visited, and whether our emails were opened or links were clicked. Our website provider may use cookies for this.

How we use it

To calculate your Readiness Level and email you your results.
To send follow-up emails about your results and our services, including the Readiness Review.
To answer your questions and deliver services you purchase.
To improve our website, the Snapshot and our services.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Emails and phone

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and we will stop sending marketing emails. We may still send messages about a purchase or request you made.

If you share your phone number, we use it only to respond to you. We do not send text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers who run our website, forms, email, scheduling and payments for us. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
Payment processors when you buy a service. Card details go directly to the processor; we do not see or store your full card number.
Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
A successor business if EMBREEO is merged or sold. This policy would continue to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we have a working relationship with you and for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We reply within 1 business day and complete requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law. We will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on our systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for organizations and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be explained by email or on this site.
