The terms of working with us.

Agreement
These terms apply to this website, the Readiness Snapshot, our emails and any service you buy from EMBREEO Global Solutions LLC ("EMBREEO," "we," "us"). By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use them for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.
The Readiness Snapshot
The Readiness Snapshot is a free, 10-question self-assessment. It gives a general Readiness Level based only on the answers you provide. We do not verify your answers. Inaccurate or incomplete answers will produce inaccurate results.
The Snapshot and its results are for education and planning. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. For those matters, consult a licensed professional.
The Readiness Review
- Price. The Readiness Review is $497 at our founding-client rate. The scope is described on the page where you buy it. Prices may change, but never for a purchase already made.
- Payment. Payment is due in full at purchase and is processed by our payment provider.
- Refunds. You can cancel for a full refund any time before the review begins. The review begins at the first scheduled working session or when we start reviewing the materials you send, whichever comes first. After it begins, the fee is not refundable.
- Your part. You agree to give accurate information, to share materials such as SOPs, policies and descriptions of your tools when asked, and to attend scheduled sessions.
- Recommendations. We recommend; you decide. Nothing changes in your organization without your approval, and you remain responsible for your decisions and their results.
What not to send us
Do not send us bank statements, bank or card account numbers, passwords or logins to any system. We will never ask for them. If we need to see how a system works, you share your screen or describe it. You keep control of every login.
Emails
When you submit the Snapshot, you agree to receive your results and follow-up emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Ownership
The content of this website, the Readiness Snapshot, our scoring method, templates and materials belong to EMBREEO and may not be copied or resold. Information you give us remains yours. Plans and reports we deliver to you are yours to use for your own organization.
No guarantees
We provide the site and our services "as is." We work to give clear, useful guidance, but we do not guarantee any particular result, such as funding, revenue, growth or compliance outcomes.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EMBREEO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. If you paid nothing, it is limited to $100.
Other websites
Our site and emails may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to resolve it directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies from that date. A purchase you already made stays under the terms in place when you made it.
